The wood-burning cookers are once again becoming places to live, to spend time and to meet, familiar and convivial places.
In this old Apulian farmhouse, renovated in a contemporary style, a large open space unites the dining room and kitchen, where our Venezia wood cooker, with its tradition reinterpreted in a modern key, brings back memories of tastes far away in time, with the added bonus of the latest technology.
The stainless steel cladding illuminates the thick cast-iron hob, the latter designed to make the most of the kitchen's power, while the two large black silk-screened glass windows allow us to fully appreciate the beauty of the fire.
Venezia is versatile: it is a freestanding wood-burning cooker, but it can also be safely placed in contact with furniture without the need for optional kits, as it is certified for this particular context.
Its width of 90 cm makes it compact and able to optimize space in complete safety. It has a large firebox and a large oven (44 l) with light as standard, which reaches optimal temperatures in a short time.
It has a power of 8.3 kW and, in addition to cooking, heats up to 238 cubic meters by convection and radiation, in full compliance with the most stringent European regulations.
The excess steam valve, the BBC system for external combustion air intake, the choice of flue outlet and the practical accessories make it even more flexible and safe in terms of both installation and maintenance.
